Swim Lesson SIGN-UPS:

$60 for non-members
additional family members $20 each.
Each session runs for two weeks for a total of 8 lessons. Download a sign-up sheet and either mail it with payment to

BEGINNER LEVEL 1: Water Explorations (Shallow Water Lesson), Ages 3–5
One parent/guardian needs to be present during the lesson.
Skills Needed: To get into the water
SKILLS TAUGHT:
• Getting used to the water
• Fully submerge face in water
• Blowing bubbles
• Front and back float with support
• Front and back kicking with support
• Enter and exit water independently

INTERMEDIATE LEVEL 2: Primary Skills (Shallow water lesson), Ages 6+
One parent/guardian needs to be present during the lesson.
Skills Needed: Level 1 skills
SKILLS TAUGHT:
• Front float / back float unsupported for at least five seconds
• Front glide / back glide
• Swim on front 5 yards without assistance
• Swim on back 5 yards without assistance
• Retrieving object under water chest deep
