Click above for the PDF Cannon Pool Rental Application and Contract. To secure your party date, print out and complete as much as possible of pages 2 and 3. A tentative guest list is all we need, a final guest count will be done the day of the party. Bring both pages or mail to Cannon Pool along with your $50 deposit.

All secured party dates are posted on the Events calendar. You will see a “PP” (private party) and the time slot chosen. Check there first to see if the pool is available to book your party date.

*No one other than a Cannon Pool member can request to rent/reserve the covered picnic area. This is a benefit of membership.

*Arrangements to rent/reserve the picnic area are to be made with the Events Coordinator (see contact us page.)

*You are responsible to bring and set up/tear down any and all of your own decorations.

*You are allowed to bring in your own cake/cupcakes and any food you plan on serving your attendees.

*Depending on the size of your party, we will determine if you need one, two, or three tables to block off and decorate for your party.

*The pool is still open to all members, you are simply securing tables for your party and for the use of the pool for you and your guests.

*There is an hourly rate, plus a guest fee for each non-member of the pool. You will see all pricing on the first page of the rental agreement.
